About Me

Hello world! My name is Alex Lohiser and I am currently a student at Full Sail University, an aspiring audio engineer, and a lover of synths and sound design. Music has always been a passion of mine; however, it wasn’t until recently that I learned I could make a career out of it, and now that I’ve had a chance to study in this field, I’ve become a true audiophile.

Most of the work I have done while residing in Orlando derives from film and game audio. Sound design, film scores, ADR, or even Foley, it all plays an extraordinarily important role. All sound, not just music, inspires me to perfect my craft. That being said, a long-term goal of mine is to compose scores for games and film. Every day I try to better myself in some way to get me closer to this goal. The way I see it, I have a fixed amount of time to explore the world and things I love, so wasting time is not an option.

Though I live for a strong work ethic, many of a previous coworkers and friends will tell you that I have a rather laid back attitude. I learned rather quickly that adding unwanted pressure and time constraints to creative endeavors could be detrimental to a project. These constraints become inevitable in any industry so it’s important to me to create a comfortable environment for people to work in, especially when dealing with artists of any kind. I want everyone to enjoy their time working with me, while at the same time ensuring that I am an asset to the team.

My ears are my world and everything they consume becomes a part of, and influences, my craft. I only hope only that I can be a part of the audio empire and advance a frontier in technology and production.
